Jessica Bamford will represent the Alliance Party on Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council, after she was co-opted to replace Peter Kennedy, who stepped down due to ill health.
Sinn Féin councillor Paul Burke has announced that he has resigned from Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council due to “personal reasons”. He will be replaced by Declan Lynch – a Sinn Féin policy advisor at the Assembly.
The Alliance Party has co-opted Jamie Harpur to Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council to replace Michelle Guy, who was co-opted to the Assembly following Sorcha Eastwood’s election to Westminster.
