First Minister Michelle O’Neill has called for Communities Minister Gordon Lyons to resign after he posted on social media about Larne Leisure Centre housing those that have fled their homes due to riots in Ballymena. DUP leader Gavin Robinson has said that Lyons will not be resigning.
The UK Government will provide £50m towards the redevelopment of Casement Park, the Chancellor announced on Wednesday as part of the 2025 spending review. However, there is still a funding shortfall of around £90m.
